          • Maplehurst has a warm friendly atmosphere. From the start the staff team were gentle and reassuring with my mother, getting to know her individual dementia needs and managing these with professionalism and care. The staffing levels always felt good and the care staff were welcoming and good humoured, despite the challenges of the work.
